This is a full-time role structured on a rotation schedule — around 1 month on, followed by an equal period off — working 5.5 to 6 days per week. The position follows the family's lifestyle across three distinct phases: Geneva from January to June, international travel during the summer months, and Singapore from September to December. This role calls for a composed, proactive and highly capable professional who is equally at ease keeping a structured and nurturing routine for young children, adapting to new environments, and stepping back gracefully to allow the family their private time together. Key Responsibilities Child Care & Daily Routine Manage the children's daily routines with consistency, warmth and good judgement. Carry out school runs and ensure timely, safe pick-up and drop-off; driving required in Geneva. Organize and support after-school activities, including accompanying children to classes and appointments. Provide homework support appropriate to each child's age and level. Encourage good manners, positive habits and respectful behaviour at all times. Create a calm, stimulating and well-structured environment for both children. Wardrobe & Personal Organisation Manage and maintain both children's wardrobes: sorting, organising, seasonal updates and packing for travel. Keep the children's living spaces tidy, orderly and well-maintained on a daily basis. Household Presence & Proactivity Maintain a visible, engaged presence in the household throughout the working day. Make productive and thoughtful use of downtime while the children are at school — tidying, organising, anticipating needs. Demonstrate flexibility in supporting the household as required, adapting tasks and priorities according to the family's schedule. Exercise discretion and sound judgement; know when to step back and allow the family their time together. Travel Support Accompany the family during the summer travel period and on any additional trips throughout the year. Ensure continuity of care and routine across different destinations and time zones. Adapt smoothly to varying environments, schedules and practical arrangements. Working Hours & Organisation 5.5 to 6 days per week; schedule to be discussed and agreed with the family. Rotation pattern: around 1 month on, followed by an equivalent period off. Periods of downtime during school hours, with the expectation of proactive use of that time. Flexibility required in accordance with the family's schedule, travel and evolving needs. Candidate Profile EU passport holder — mandatory. Fluent in both English and French — essential. Valid driving licence, comfortable driving in Geneva. Proven experience as a nanny or private childcare professional within a high-standard family environment. Highly organised, proactive and solution-oriented, with strong common sense. Adaptable and resilient across different countries, cultures and living arrangements. Warm, patient and genuinely engaged with children of varying ages. Discreet, composed and respectful of family privacy; able to read the room and withdraw appropriately. Excellent presentation and professional standards at all times. What We Offer A varied and enriching long-term position following an international family lifestyle. A structured rotation schedule offering significant personal time between assignments. The opportunity to travel and live across Geneva, international destinations and Singapore. A respectful and well-organised family environment that values professionalism and discretion. Ideal Profile This role would suit a seasoned, emotionally intelligent nanny who thrives in a dynamic, international environment, brings genuine care and structure to children's daily lives, and knows how to be both fully present and appropriately discreet — adapting effortlessly as the family's needs evolve across continents.
