We are looking for a motivated Junior Key Account Manager to join our Partner Solutions team, who is eager to learn, grow, and take responsibility.
What you will do
Key account manager and main contact for large national and international investment and private banks
Prepare and join C-level discussions with partners
Identify new business opportunities and drive business growth for investment solutions
Develop and execute strategic cross-functional projects to deliver solutions tailored to partners' needs
Own and drive the integration strategy; design and implement a long-term operating model and achieve the required scalability and flexibility across existing and new partners
Develop relationships with key business decision makers
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute key business initiatives
Support acquisition efforts with prospects
What you will need
Broad understanding of the value chain of Structured Product manufacturing
Relationship management and project work experience a plus
Degree in Economics or Finance
Fluency in English, German a strong plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to simplify and present complex ideas
Analytical, logical and commercial mind-set with a strong drive to provide outstanding service
Resilient self-starter, autonomous and pro-active team-member
NICE TO HAVE
Experience in a Front Office function within Structured Products business is considered a plus
Ability to design solutions after gathering business requirements
Persistence, ability to maintain continuity on project's momentum
