You will work with customers, account teams, and product experts to build trust, deliver innovative solutions, and shape the future of AI in manufacturing.We welcome diverse profiles for this role. You may come from:A manufacturing or industrial engineering background, with interest in digital transformation, orA technical/AI-focused background, with hands-on experience in automation, data, or intelligent systems.What You’ll Be DoingShow how AI Agents and automation can solve real-world industry challenges.Understand customer goals and connect them with Salesforce solutions.Build compelling product demos and lead customer workshops.Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to tailor solutions.Be a trusted advisor for both IT and business leaders.Stay curious and keep up with Salesforce’s evolving AI offerings.Who You AreYou don’t need to check every box to apply. We’re looking for people with:Manufacturing / Industrial BackgroundA degree in industrial engineering or related field.Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.A passion for digital transformation in the industrial sector.Technical / AI BackgroundInterest in AI and its practical applications in business.Familiarity with reading and understanding code (e.g. Java, JavaScript, APIs)Understanding of enterprise platforms such as SalesforceWhat You BringA collaborative and curious mindset.Confidence in engaging with customers and explaining complex topics.Passion for innovation, automation, and business impact.Experience as Solution Engineer / Presales Engineer / Solution ConsultantFluency in English and French; German is a plus.Nice to HaveSalesforce certifications (e.g. Admin, Platform App Builder, AI Associate).Previous experience with Salesforce solutions or ecosystem.Experience working in cross-functional teams.GermanEqual Opportunity Statement: Salesforce is an equal opportunity employer.
