Commercial employee completed with further training in accounting (federal certificate in finance and accounting or real estate). A federal certificate constitutes a professional qualification: 5 to 10 years of experience in property accounting, ideally acquired in property management, in a real estate fund, or within an institution with a significant real estate portfolio. Very good mastery of property accounting and expense statements with commercial leases and complex expense structures appreciated. Good command of tools, ideally SAP RE-FX. Rigor and reliability in the processing of financial data. Sense of responsibility and ability to manage a portfolio independently.
