We are seeking a motivated and skilled Support Engineer to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be the primary contact for IT managers or end users, providing high-quality support and representing their needs effectively. You will be responsible for accurately recording user issues and handling both 1st and 2nd level support requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient 1st and 2nd level support, resolving issues and managing requests.
* Assist in managing user and computer accounts, including account creation, workstation setups, and access rights allocation.
* Support application administration, ensuring smooth IT operations for end users.
Requirements:
* Experience in 1st and 2nd level support.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows operating systems.
* Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Citrix.
* Fluent in both German and English.
* Valid Cat. B driving license is required.
