Front Office Agent (m/f/d) 100 % This is what you move with us
* Shared responsibility for the smooth running of work and organisation at the front office
* Shift duties at the front office such as check-in & check-out, rooming, billing and complaint management
* Shared responsibility for service quality in accordance with ISO standards and LHW standards
* Accepting reservations and processing them through the Protel reservation system
* Cash register management
* Support with staff management and daily training
* Training for employees
This is you
* Completed hotel management training and several years of professional experience at the front office, preferably in the luxury hotel industry
* You are characterised by a high level of service and goal orientation as well as your
* social and professional competence
* You are fluent in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of Italian and/or French is an advantage.

* Your well-groomed appearance as well as your ability to work under pressure, flexibility and commitment round off your personality
* Knowledge of the Protel and MS Office software programmes
