Explore more on Cubic.com.Job Details:Job Summary: Responsible for all back-end settlement transactions and the reporting associated with these tasks, including timely reconciliation of all accounts assigned. This position typically works with general supervision and direction. Incumbents will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Settles high-volume financial transactions daily, accurately and timely.Ensures proper functioning of data transfers between system interfaces such as Microsoft Dynamics, external payment processors, and settlement banks.Reconciles daily funds movements with actual results reported.Enters data into systems involving debit/credit transactions.Analyzes chargebacks and follows up with merchant banks and credit card issuers as needed.Analyzes payment fees for optimal processing results.Reconciles various clearing and settlement General Ledger accounts at month-end and provides reports on activity.Minimum Job Requirements:Four-year college degree preferably in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent relevant experience.At least 2 years of accounting experience.Knowledge of Electronic Funds Movement is desirable.Proficiency in managing and analyzing large data sets.Experience with tools like Power BI/Tableau is highly desirable.Good time management skills and team player.Strong organization and follow-up skills.Ability to succeed under general supervision.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Cubic Pay Range: $30.00 – $40.00 + benefits.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest to highest geographic market. The range is a guideline only and not a salary guarantee.
