* Coordinate complex international and domestic travel, itineraries, logistics, and post‑travel reporting - including up to 15% business travel for special major occasions.
* Prepare, structure, and edit materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, steering committees, and off‑sites.
* Draft professional communications, presentations, and confidential documents on behalf of the VP.
* Manage cross‑functional coordination with Regulatory Affairs, Strategy & Transformation, Finance, Legal, and other partners to advance key initiatives.
* Track deadlines, departmental deliverables, and budget‑related processes (expenses, procurement) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
We offer
* Thrive in an international Beauty & Care environment where your work supports global innovation and inspires millions of consumers.
* Grow your career with continuous learning, leadership exposure, tailored trainings, and development programs designed to elevate your skills.
* Work in a modern and supportive workplace that prioritizes well‑being, safety, and a professional setup designed for efficiency and creativity.
* Join a collaborative culture where colleagues support each other, share knowledge, and celebrate success as one team.
* Enjoy meaningful responsibility and real impact as the strategic partner to a VP, shaping decision-making and enabling cross‑functional excellence.
* Be part of a company that invests in your future, offering stability, global opportunities, and a people‑first approach that values your contribution.
You bring
* 5–8 years of experience supporting senior leaders (ideally VP‑level) in a complex, international, and matrixed organization.
* Exceptional problem‑solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, remove obstacles, and proactively find solutions before issues arise.
* Hospitality mindset—service‑oriented, attentive, and able to create a smooth, positive experience for stakeholders at all levels.
* Advanced organizational and prioritization abilities, managing multiple parallel workflows with accuracy, structure, and calm under pressure.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise tools such as Concur and Microsoft Teams.
