Support a key regulatory and system upgrade project by driving testing and business analysis activities, ensuring high-quality delivery across SIT and UAT phases.

Requirements
* Plan and coordinate end-to-end testing activities (SIT & UAT)
* Prepare, document, and execute test cases, including regression testing
* Track and manage defects, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
* Support business users during UAT and facilitate sign-off
* Monitor testing progress, risks, and results, ensuring transparent reporting
* Contribute to go-live readiness and ensure quality gates are met
Competences
* Experience as Business Analyst and/or Test Specialist in IT or regulatory projects
* Strong experience in SIT and UAT, including test case preparation and execution
* Experience with SWIFT processes or messaging is a plus
* Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA)
* Experience working with business, IT, and external stakeholders
* Knowledge of structured testing methodologies and documentation standards

* English: Good level required
