Responsibilities:
* Define and maintain system integration design principles for Plant of Tomorrow portfolio solutions, including on-premise, hybrid, and cloud-based systems.
* Design harmonized systems architectures for next-generation technologies supporting global cement operations in 50 countries and over 260 sites.
* Develop, with product owners and development teams, integrated system architectures aligned with the system integration strategy.
* Evaluate existing solution architectures and guide improvements in performance, security, and compliance.
* Assist product owners in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
* Consult with regional teams to optimize technology implementation and integration roadmaps aligned with group strategy.
* Promote, monitor, and report on system integration projects across regions and plants.
* Leverage expertise and network to become a trusted advisor for industrial systems integration worldwide.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience with SAP BW, cloud APIs, and BUS configuration.
* 5+ years in system integration for heavy/process industries (IT & OT).
* Proven experience leading large-scale system integration projects.
* Proficiency in Python programming.
* (Preferred) 2+ years in digital twins, digital platforms, workplaces, operations centers, or data lakes.
* Experience with SAP modules (PM, PP, QM) is a plus.
* Degree in Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Fluent in English; Spanish or German is advantageous.
