Verisure, a dynamic, innovative, and high-growth company, is seeking a talented and experienced Group Compliance Coordinator to join our fast-growing Legal team. As Group Compliance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading the group's legal competence in relation to the Framework and Culture pillars of our Compliance program, working closely with HR, Communication, and local Compliance/Legal teams.
This role reports to the Group Compliance & Risk Manager based in Geneva and offers significant exposure and immediate impact. The Group Compliance Coordinator can be based in Geneva, Amsterdam, Malmö, London, or Madrid.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
* Policies: Facilitate development and review of Group Policy Documents, coordinate translations, manage Policy Management tools, ensure effective roll-out, and lead quarterly Policy Committee meetings.
* Training & Awareness: Ensure training and communication plans are prepared, define annual programs, create training materials, coordinate launches, and report participation rates.
* Reporting: Report to the Group Compliance & Risk Manager and be part of the Group Compliance Team.
Location
The candidate can be based in Geneva, Amsterdam, Malmö, London, or Madrid. Fluency in English is required; French and Spanish are a plus.

As soon as possible.
Candidate profile
Ideal candidates will have:
* At least 5 years of legal experience in Compliance or related fields.
* Experience in creating policy documents and training content.
* Experience in a global, fast-paced organization.
