We are seeking an accomplished Senior Product Manager to lead strategic business transformation and continuous improvement in sales operations, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales & Customer Service. In this high-visibility role, you will own the vision, business case, and roadmap for sales operations, collaborating closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact. You will serve as the business champion for D365 Sales & Customer Service, ensuring the Sales Organization is equipped with best-in-class tools and optimized processes to achieve growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sales Operations solutions leveraging Dynamics D365 Sales & Customer Service.
Identify and analyze opportunities to optimize sales operations, quoting, ordering, and new business processes across global markets.
Build compelling business cases for new initiatives, securing executive sponsorship and investment.
Engage with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to gather insights, align priorities, and drive change management.
Translate business goals into requirements, guiding technology and process teams in solution design and implementation.
Monitor and report on the impact of new processes and features, such as pipeline velocity, revenue growth, win rates, and sales productivity.
Champion user adoption and change management initiatives to maximize business value from D365 Sales investments.
Benchmark against industry best practices and promote continuous innovation in sales processes.
Represent the business perspective in governance, steering committees, and executive updates.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in product management, business transformation, or strategic program leadership, preferably in Sales & Operations within a global enterprise.
Proven success in delivering business outcomes using CRM solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales.
Strong understanding of sales operations, lead management, and business development processes.
Ability to develop and communicate business strategy, build consensus, and drive alignment at executive and regional levels.
Excellent analytical, presentation, and change leadership skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are an advantage.
