A 80-100% Occupational Pension Scheme Manager
Main activities
* Management of members in the 2nd pillar (establishment and monitoring of offers, affiliations, contract takeovers)
* Processing administrative changes (address changes, company name changes, deregistrations and terminations)
* Data entry and updating in the system as well as electronic file management (EDM)
* Processing occupational pension benefits (old age, disability, incapacity for work, death and divorce cases)
* Management of specific files (EPL, pledges, withdrawals and reimbursements)
* Preparation and follow-up of administrative files (vested benefits transfers, salary notifications)
* Support and information to insured persons, members and trustees (phone, emails, mail)
* Participation in routine administrative activities and internal meetings
* Monitoring and development of the client portfolio
Profile
* Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
* Strong interest in social insurance and occupational pension schemes
* Excellent command of French
* Sense of responsibility, rigour and autonomy
* Motivation to learn and develop in the field of social insurance
* Good interpersonal skills
