What you will do at Parashift
- T&L Rainmaker: Target and aggressively close high‑value mid‑market and enterprise clients in the Transport & Logistics sector.
- Strategic Execution: Spearhead complex sales initiatives, turning qualified prospects into enduring partnerships through consultative, solution‑driven outreach.
- Value‑Driven Demonstrations: Deliver customized product demos that align Parashift’s capabilities with business pain points for COOs and process owners.
- Close the Deals: Negotiate and finalize multi‑year agreements ($50k–$200k) while navigating complex technical sales, procurement, and C‑level decision makers.
- Relationship Building: Foster trust‑driven relationships through proactive communication, reliability, and consistent follow‑ups.
- Ruthless Pipeline Management: Own pipeline discipline, prioritize opportunities, and maintain high deal velocity.
What you bring to Parashift’s success
- Unmatched Ambition & Grit: Proven ability to exceed quota in high‑growth, high‑pressure environments.
- Deep Logistics DNA: Solid background or active network within the Transport & Logistics industry.
- B2B SaaS Sales Experience: 2+ years closing complex, technical B2B SaaS deals.
- Process & Tech Expertise: Knowledge of ERP, DMS, automation markets, and AI enterprise solutions.
- Exceptional Communicator: Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills with rapid learning agility.
- Discipline: Organized, self‑motivated, and accountable for results.
- Education: Not required; success and industry expertise are paramount.
- Languages: Native‑level German and fluent English mandatory; French is a plus.
