In this high-impact role, you will play a key part in strengthening our financial consolidation and reporting landscape — contributing directly to one of the most exciting phases in our company's growth.Key responsibilities: Leading role in the preparation of consolidated financial statements Analyze and validate reporting packages of group entities and support local finance teams Maintain and optimize the consolidation tool and reporting structures Continuously improve reporting processes and templates to enable meaningful forecasting and planning Various key finance projects, including the transition to US GAAP and post-merger integration Work closely with your colleagues in FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and various business functions Liaise with auditors, advisors and other external stakeholders Your profile: University degree in Finance or Accounting, ideally combined with a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, Expert in Financial and Managerial Accounting and Reporting, or equivalent) 5+ years of experience in a similar role Solid knowledge of consolidation systems (e.g. Oracle HFM, OneStream) Fluency in English (with German being a plus) Experience with US GAAP and/or IFRS is a strong advantage A proactive, hands-on team player with a high level of resilience and flexibility Excited to contribute to a major financial transformation?
