Customer Care Specialist - Augenoptiker (w/m/d)
Your main responsibilities:
* Receive and handle all phone calls, redirect calls to other departments
* Customer advice and technical support
* Process orders and complaints according to internal quality standards
* Perform calculations for various special products
* Manage different program administrations
* Collaborate with the field service team
* Prepare and record credit notes
* Handle returns for optical analysis
* Provide expertise (quality control of glasses, calculations)
* Authorize electronic orders
* Participate in internal and external events
Your profile:
* Completed training in the optical field
* Experience in a service center is advantageous
* Excellent German skills in speaking and writing are required
* French and English skills are advantageous
* Service-oriented thinking and actions
* Enjoy customer contact and communication
* Confident and professional appearance
* Solution-oriented working style
* Ability to work independently and in a team
