Your Responsibilities
* Daily management of a purchasing portfolio.
* Analyse the portfolio, sort offers, update prices, and handle related administrative tasks.
* Manage relationships with suppliers: sourcing, RFQs, price negotiations, contract management, long‑term agreements, business reviews, QDCF, etc.
* Monitor supplier performance and draft reports.
* Manage supplier‑related risks, resolve crises, and implement corrective actions.
* Coordinate supplier evaluations with the supplier quality management department and support audits.
* Implement cost‑reduction activities and ensure their follow‑up.
* Seek the best technical solutions to guarantee design‑to‑cost (DTC).
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, economics, management, project management, or purchasing.
* 1 to 2 years of experience as a buyer in the automotive, construction equipment, aviation, or railway sectors.
* Good knowledge of French, German, and English.
* Proficient with an ERP system, SharePoint (intranet), and MS Office.
* Organised, flexible, with strong analytical skills and an excellent ability to work in a team. Open to developing skills in the field and results‑oriented.
* Position is subject to a background check conducted through our partner Aequivalent.
