Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, with experience in managing and evolving the marketing technology stack.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing clear documentation, defining and implementing SLAs, ensuring data integrity, and providing ongoing dashboards and reports to management and team members.
Responsibilities
* Manage and evolve the marketing technology stack to empower the marketing and BDR teams with user-friendly tools
* Develop clear documentation describing the lead lifecycle, core definitions, and important processes in marketing
* Define, implement, and monitor lead and opportunity SLAs, working closely with Sales Operations and commercial leaders
* Ensure data integrity by advocating for best practices, ensuring compliance with regulations, and applying rigorous spot-checking and monitoring
* Implement a tracking framework to measure performance and derive insights across marketing touchpoints and platforms
Requirements
* 5+ years of marketing operations experience in a B2B environment
* 5+ years of experience with Salesforce
* Highly proficient with at least one of Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or Eloqua
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
* Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
Bonus Requirements
* Experience with 6Sense or Demandbase
* Academic qualifications demonstrating analytical strength
* Proficiency with adjacent tools such as Python, Tableau, PowerBI
