Main tasks:
* Support the Business Project Manager in creating comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and rollout strategies
* Act as the primary contact for implementation partners, internal application teams, and infrastructure stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution across all phases
* Facilitate the design, review, and implementation of the overall process and system landscape
* Evaluate technical change requests and present them to the Change Request Decision Board for approval
* Coordinate activities between IS application owners and technical teams to maintain alignment with project goals and schedules
* Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and proactively identify potential gaps
* Support business teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all requirements are met
* Collaborate on system and client setup, as well as ongoing updates throughout the project lifecycle
* Lead deployment and cutover activities during the Go-Live phase
* Provide strategic guidance on architecture and technology-related topics
* Organize and lead risk and issue management sessions, ensuring timely mitigation and follow-up actions
* Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, and technical challenges, initiating corrective measures when required
* Deliver regular progress reports to the Business Project Manager and key stakeholders, escalating critical issues when necessary
* Oversee governance processes covering requirements, testing, documentation, deployment, and cutover management
Your qualifications:
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and coordinate stakeholders across multiple levels and functions
* Hands-on, results-oriented mindset with a focus on successful project delivery
* Proven experience in managing complex ERP transformation projects, particularly in technical workstreams
* Prior experience leading functional workstreams within large-scale implementations is advantageous
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, ensuring transparency and alignment across all project participants
* Demonstrated track record with SAP deployments and large ERP environments
* Strong expertise in risk management, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively
