To strengthen our HVAC after-sales service team at our Préverenges site, we are looking for a:Heat Pump Project Manager - After-Sales Service 100%Profile- Technical degree in the field of HVAC and thermal engineering or completed Heat Pump System-Module certification (required).- Proven experience in project management related to heat pumps and comfortable with the commercial aspect (sales).- Good knowledge of thermal, hydraulic, and HVAC systems.- Ability to work in a team and collaborate closely with other professionals in the field.- Mastery of IT tools and very good knowledge of the field and the economic fabric of French-speaking Switzerland.- Autonomy, team spirit, rigor, and presence in the field.- Ease in communication and a valid driver's license.Responsibilities- Manage projects for renovations or new installations autonomously and supervise assembly teams.- Calculate bids, manage execution, and monitor project finances.- Establish quotes for clients, including technical aspects, drawings, and calculations.- Develop and acquire new clients.- Meet quality, productivity, and deadline requirements set by clients.- Be a stakeholder in the development of the company's other activities (electricity, photovoltaics, public lighting).Benefits- With us, you will evolve in an environment favorable to sharing and collaboration in which you will be able to manage your missions in a flexible and autonomous manner.
