SCHEDULING SPECIALIST / SCHEDULER (M/F)

MISSION DESCRIPTION
* Establish the manufacturing schedule and plan the workshop work
* Verify the feasibility of the manufacturing schedule by validating the load/capacity calculations of the workshops and supplies
* Create and launch manufacturing orders according to the production plan.
* Ensure the availability of components and supply them to the relevant department
* Monitor manufacturing orders and deliveries
* Handle returned and reworked parts.
* Identify and analyse any shortcomings and discrepancies.
* Participate in projects to optimise and accelerate flows.
* Conduct analyses aimed at optimising stock levels
* Manage inventories and production sector management indicators.
EXPECTED PROFILE
* HES engineer degree, ES technician with a focus on production management, industrial engineering, supply chain.
* First experience in Switzerland in short-term scheduling/planning, experience in watchmaking would be a plus.
* Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel
* Good knowledge of an ERP (SAP, pro-concept, M3)
