Join Uber for Business (U4B) and play a key role in driving Uber’s growth across Switzerland. You’ll connect companies to Uber’s innovative solutions, helping them simplify and scale their mobility needs while shaping the future of business transportation.
About the job:
* Build and grow partnerships in the Mid-Market segment (1,000–5,000 employees) across Switzerland.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from lead sourcing to closing and onboarding new clients.
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand Uber for Business adoption.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Regional Rides teams to deliver scalable solutions.
* Foster client relationships to ensure strong adoption, retention, and growth.
* Share insights and best practices to support team success and continuous improvement.
About you:
* 3+ years of experience in business development, consulting, B2B, or tech sales.
* Native-level German and fluent English, French is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* Entrepreneurial and hunter mindset, proactive, adaptable, and driven by results.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
* Experience using Salesforce CRM, background in hospitality or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
