Responsibilities
1. All-round support for the AM Mandate Reporting team within the Institutional Clients Platform
2. Support ongoing project work running in parallel
3. Perform data checks, corrections, follow-ups and handling during production cycles
4. Collaborate with service teams to address fixes and ensure data accuracy and consistency
5. Manage ad-hoc requests, mailbox support, and mandate onboarding / RFP processes
6. Handle RM / PM clarifications and support in drafting reports
7. Oversee and track Jira tickets and tasks
8. Implement client-specific-category (CSC) changes
9. Conduct functionality testing and assist in creating business specifications
Profile
10. Experience with Asset Management and mandate reporting processes and operations is mandatory
11. Strong skills in data quality checks, data validation and ensuring data availability
12. Familiarity with reporting tools and databases
13. SQL knowledge is an advantage
14. CRIMS knowledge is an advantage
15. Detail-oriented, proactive, strong analytical and organizational skills
16. High quality focus and sense of ownership
