As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for our customers and excellence in selling Goodyear products. Using modern customer and sales tools, you will develop a deep understanding of market conditions and customer needs, refine them daily, and adjust your strategies accordingly.

* Betreuung von Bestandskunden und Identifikation sowie Gewinnung neuer Kunden im Verantwortungsbereich.
* Beratung der Kunden und Aufbau langfristiger, erfolgreicher Geschäftsbeziehungen.
* Entwicklung des Vertriebs von Produkten und Dienstleistungen der Goodyear Brands.
* Erreichen der Umsatz- und Gewinnziele für alle Goodyear‑Marken, Produkte und Dienstleistungen im zugewiesenen Verantwortungsbereich.
* Beratung, Entwicklung und Erweiterung von Kunden innerhalb des zugewiesenen Gebietes durch Identifikation, Analyse und Steigerung des Kundenpotentials.
Was Sie mitbringen
* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
* Mehrjährige Verkaufs- und Außendiensterfahrung sowie Erfahrung mit technischen Produkten und/oder in der Automobilindustrie.
* Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Einsatzbereitschaft und Kundenorientierung.
* Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Italienisch in Wort und Schrift; gutes Englisch von Vorteil.
* Führerschein der Klasse B (ehemals Klasse 3).
* Wohnsitz möglichst zentral im Verkaufsgebiet (Region Tessin bzw. Zentralschweiz).
* Mobilität sowie Bereitschaft zu Übernachtungen und Teilnahme an Kundenveranstaltungen.
