Main responsibilities
 * Plan, organize and manage all sales activities
 * Analyze the company's sales policies and recommend proper improvements and changes in the existing markets
 * Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines
 * Compile and track sales data
 * Prepare and handle sales annual budgets
 * Support initiatives that ensure product profitability
 * Make accurate, rapid cost calculations to quote existing or new product to the customers
 * Participate at exhibitions and events
Customers support
 * Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
 * Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel or departments when needed, including support resource, team members and management
 * Handle customer complaints and solve conflicts within the company
 * Evaluate market demand and try to meet customer needs and expectations
 * Review the customer's sales performance aiming at meeting or exceeding targets
 * Provide customers relevant information about the products and services the company sells
 * Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
Required skills
 * Degree in Economics, Business or related field
 * Fluency in English
 is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
 * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds
 * Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to identify market trends
