Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead global packaging design and branding strategy.
* Provide strategic partnership on all aspects of design, branding, industry trends and technology (AI), collaborating closely with the Global Innovation and Platform Team
* Share design and technology insights within the global marketing community (global and local) to foster collective growth and innovation.
* Ensure cohesive brand and design execution across the portfolio and across all markets.
* Develop impactful packaging design concepts with agencies for existing products, innovations and seasonal promotions.
* Manage complex global design projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
* Collaborate internationally and cross-functionally with departments like Innovation, Consumer Insights, R&D, Legal and Regulatory.
* Oversee the packaging design process from briefing to final print, ensuring quality standards throughout.
* Present and align design concepts with the Executive Committee (ExCo), ensuring consensus by linking design to commercial impact.
* Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports fostering creativity and professional growth.
* Full responsibility for the Global Packaging Budget
Profile:
* Academic studies (University): Business Administration / Marketing / Design
* Professional experience: 5-10 years
* Experience in branding within an international FMCG company, and in a design agency
* Creative and innovative mindset, Excellent project and prioritization management skills
