Tasks
* Answering incoming calls and handling customer and business partner enquiries in German, French, Italian and English
* Receiving and handling customer complaints and enquiries relating to credit, prepaid and debit cards
* Ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution to customer enquiries to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Ensuring that all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations
* Proactively seeking solutions to customer complaints and escalating complex cases to the relevant department
* Identifying sales opportunities (sales and upselling) during customer interactions
Requirements
* Commercial or tourism training
* Experience in customer service
* Good knowledge of Office software/PC use
* Good communication skills
* Languages: Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English
* As you will be the first point of contact with customers, the following soft skills are required: courtesy, empathy, customer focus and ability to work in a team

* Qualification: skilled

* Education: Vocational education and training with the Swiss Federal VET Diploma or equivalent
