HYDRO Commercial – eHYDRO SA is a leading service provider primarily active in the maintenance of electrical production facilities. We operate a fleet of facilities including more than 40 hydroelectric plants with an installed capacity of about 22% of the Swiss hydroelectric fleet (25% with pumping). Together, these facilities produce nearly 16% of hydroelectric energy. Thanks to our unique know-how, we offer high value-added services that meet the varied needs of our clients, as well as the most demanding quality standards. Our portfolio of services is aimed at electric companies, public authorities, transport companies, as well as industries. We are mainly active in Switzerland and occasionally intervene in other regions.Position: Commercial Engineer Location: Sion Your mission: You advise our clients through regular visits in your sales sector. You precisely identify the needs of clients and have the intuition for the most suitable solutions. Your challenge will be to increase existing market shares by acquiring new clients and retaining them in the long term. You will benefit from an existing client portfolio that you will maintain, as well as a strong operational responsibility.Responsibilities:- Actively contribute to market analysis and define commercial strategies- Actively develop sales channels and promotional tools- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients- Maintain, support, and sustainably develop revenue with existing clients- Organize, plan, and conduct sales actions in the field to generate new opportunities- Represent the company during promotional activities (fairs, events) and prepare commercial offers ensuring their relevance and quality- Ensure overall supervision of cost, time, and quality monitoring of projects with project managersYour skills:- Mechanical engineer or recognized in marketing and sales- Proven experience in selling services to industry, ideally in the hydroelectric field- Excellent prioritization and management abilities- Strong interpersonal skills and persuasive ability- Knowledge of MS Office is essential; proficiency in French, excellent knowledge of German and English; Italian is a plusWe offer pleasant working conditions and an enjoyable atmosphere, supported by company values.
