The Opportunity
Swiss Cluster develops sophisticated thin-film deposition systems comprising thousands of specialized components sourced across Switzerland and Europe. We're looking for a Purchasing & Logistics Specialist to manage the operational flow of our supply chain—ensuring our ERP system accurately reflects physical reality and that our engineers have what they need, when they need it.
Your Core Responsibilities
* Manage the full purchasing cycle: purchase orders, supplier communication, order tracking, and goods receipts.
* Receive, organize, and maintain inventory in the warehouse with precise ERP records.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including customs documentation and freight.
* Ensure alignment between digital records and physical stock through regular verification.
* Support Finance with invoice verification and logistics cost tracking.
What You Bring (Essential)
* Commercial diploma (e.g., Kaufmann/-frau EFZ) or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
* At least 1 year in an operational role—purchasing, logistics, warehouse, or sales administration.
* Experience with ERP or inventory systems.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical warehouse work.
* Fluent German and English.
