The project: We are currently looking to recruit talented and motivated team members to support a number of leading pharmaceutical clients based in Switzerland. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high‑profile projects within a regulated and fast‑paced environment. Successful candidates will join a collaborative team and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of delivering quality, compliance, and operational excellence to clients portfolios, programmes and projects.
Provides visible Health and Safety advice and management to project(s), provides guidance and assurance to project team/s and business.
You’ll Be Responsible For
* Drives the implementation and compliance of business health safety and wellbeing (HSW) policies, procedures, guidance notes and standards on assigned project(s).
* Undertakes site walkdown audits and reporting.
* Managing preparation of external ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other applicable standards.
* Monitors and assists with the creation and coordination of the inspection and audit schedule, undertakes and provides support for operational health safety and wellbeing (HSW) inspections and audits.
* Provides Input and participates in the development of new and updates to existing standards.
* Analyses and interprets results of reporting, audits, corrective actions, operations reports and key performance indicators (KPI’)s, ensuring mechanisms are in place to enable accurate measurement, reporting and rectification - identifies gaps for improvement and develops mitigation plans with operations to support rectification.
* Contributes to and manages incident investigations in line with business procedures. Seeks opportunities for continuous improvements/improving working processes. Develops effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Manages stakeholders.
* Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You’ll Need To Have
* +10 years’s of relevant experience.
* HSW legislation.
* Management systems.
* Auditing.
* Risk Management and mitigation.
* Being able to present a range of technical information to non-technical audiences.
* Recognised accreditation with professional bodies in country.
