Responsibilities
- Systematic planning and organization of own field sales activities.
- Building long‑term relationships with doctors, operating room staff, buyers and other decision makers.
- Comprehensive sales and product consulting in spinal orthopaedics and neurosurgery in hospitals.
- Strengthening existing product lines and introducing product innovations.
- Organizing and conducting training events (workshops, customer training) for medical doctors and clinical staff.
- Responsible for achieving general and specific sales targets regarding market penetration and revenue.
- Developing and executing sales and action plans in the assigned responsibility area in cooperation with the sales manager.
- Representing the business area at conferences.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years sales experience, preferably in the medical device sector.
- University or institutional degree (preferable).
- Strong service orientation and professional appearance.
- Highly customer‑oriented personality and result orientation.
- Negotiation skills and closing confidence.
- Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and performance‑ready.
- Communication and persuasion strength.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel and attend conferences.
- Creativity and openness to change.
- Independent, honest, dynamic, resilient and entrepreneurial personality.
- German and English – fluent in both conversations and written communication.
- Solid MS Office skills.
