As a seasoned professional in the Life Sciences industry, you have the unique opportunity to lead our Partnering Business (PB) Sales team and drive business growth across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to grow OEM system sales and manage key accounts within the region and globally.
* Pursue new leads and opportunities while creating project proposals, statements of work, quotations, and negotiating contracts with key stakeholders.
* Lead the sales structure, including team management and staff development, ensuring adherence to best practices and processes.
* Collaborate with local Life Sciences Business Regional Offices to create annual plans for securing order entry and meeting sales targets.
Your Background:
We are seeking an experienced professional who brings passion and talent to their role.
* Degree in Life Sciences or IVD lab-related field, along with additional education in Business Management and strategic B2B selling.
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in managing large accounts and sales in Life Sciences or IVD, specifically OEM sales, with international experience.
* Proven negotiation skills and the ability to close complex B2B contracts.
* Experience in leading a sales team and developing project proposals.
* Excellent English language skills; proficiency in additional languages like German is advantageous.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
* Attention to detail with a persuasive and assertive approach.
