For our client, a leading company in the Pharma Industry, we are currently looking for a Senior Assistant / Office Administration
Tasks and Responsibilities :
* Coordinating and supporting the hiring process.
* Managing team calendars and scheduling.
* Handling time management and reporting.
* Processing and tracking purchase orders.
Your Profile :
* Completed commercial apprenticeship
* Previous experience as an assistant at the a pharma company is required
* Experience in a similar position is an advantage
* Experience with Google Suite
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German is nice to have
* Communicative, helpful, eager to learn new things
