For one of our clients we are exclusively recruiting for a Mobile Network Engineer to join a mobile team based in Zug, primarily composed of senior professionals, and contribute to the development and evolution of eSIM solutions. You are expected to be autonomous from day one and comfortable working in a hands‑on, operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain mobile applications and related services
* Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure quality and performance
* Participate in the design and implementation of new features
* Contribute to continuous improvement of code quality and development processes
* Work in an agile, collaborative environment with direct impact on technical decisions
Profile Sought
* Minimum 3 years of experience in 4G and 5G mobile network design, deployment, and operations
* Hands‑on experience with 5G private networks, including deployment models, licensing (e.g., CBRS or local spectrum), and enterprise use cases
* Solid understanding of mobile core network functions (EPC/5GC) and radio access technologies
* Proficiency in signaling protocols: SS7, Diameter, SIP, S1AP, NGAP, etc
* Experience with mobile solutions; eSIM experience is an advantage
* Willingness to work primarily from the office (~75% on‑site) with flexible working hours
