We support companies, institutions, and communities in the design and maintenance of innovative systems: meeting rooms of various types, videoconferencing, dynamic display, smart building systems and solutions, specializing in the sports arena market as well as in the residential and hospitality sectors.For one of our prestigious Geneva clients, we are looking for, as soon as possible, an AV Technician Expert FR/ENG, at 100%.Your missions:Be the AV contact point between our client and Lémanvisio.Ensure the interface between the client's IT service and the multimedia systems for autonomous direction and troubleshooting.Advise our client upon requests for project extensions or new equipment installations, respecting deadlines from the establishment to commissioning.Ensure the disassembly and assembly during relocations or when installing new equipment while providing quality work.Ensure ongoing assistance for conferences and events by preparing rooms and supporting personnel during events.Perform preventive, corrective, and adaptive maintenance of multimedia systems.Maintain a stock of spare parts and monitor it closely.Keep various follow-up reports towards our client and Lémanvisio scrupulously updated.Your talents and experience:You possess an excellent sense of communication and can express and write perfectly in French and English.You have a CFC in multimedia electronics or an equivalent diploma and several years of experience in a related activity.You are proficient in common tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).You have developed general knowledge and a strong sense of service.You demonstrate excellent stress resistance and have a keen sense of priorities.You are flexible, have team spirit, and a sense of collaboration.Your interpersonal skills and ease of contact allow you to make your abilities available to the most demanding clients.
