Supervise and monitor the progress of all projects within the team. Manage the schedule for interventions and resources and act as an escalation point in case of non-compliance to ensure compliance with costs, timelines as well as the role of an interface between clients and IMA, anticipate problems and propose solutions. Participate in establishing offers with our technical-sales team. Participate in service decisions regarding offer evolution upgrades & retrofits, obsolescence management, and spare parts sales. Be proactive and contribute to the continuous performance improvement of the service. Structure and organize work to ensure the efficiency of interventions and manage a client portfolio worth several million, track the service's performance and financials, define key KPIs, and implement dashboards to aid decision-making. Mentor and develop a team of project managers. Instill a culture oriented towards continuous improvement and __________ & EXPERIENCES Master’s degree in Microtechnology, Electronics, Mechanics, or IPMA X.
