I am a second-time founder based in Switzerland. Over the past 7 years, I built and scaled a B2B tech company from scratch to exit. Now I am starting a new venture focused on Vertical B2B AI SaaS, currently in stealth.
The goal is simple: build an AI-native SaaS that solves a real, painful, and expensive problem in a specific industry. I believe the B2B AI winners in many verticals are being decided right now ; we need to execute fast and I have the founding experience to do so.
The project is already underway and I am currently building the foundations. The product idea is well defined and I am validating the market while preparing the first version of the product.
A technical co-founder (CTO)
You have built and shipped SaaS products before (Computer Science background).
You can own architecture, product, and execution from MVP to scale.
You understand business needs, care about simplicity, speed, and real users, not "tech for tech’s sake".
Ideally, you have managed teams of engineers before.
Ideally, you have already worked in an intensive start-up/scale-up environment, not only corporate roles.
What I bring to the table:
Proven founder experience from zero to exit: scaling teams, structuring processes and software in all departments, building a brand, a company culture, and a financial path to acquisition.
Strong B2B sales and go-to-market execution: I have personally led B2B sales efforts generating multi-million revenue and I can do it again.
Fundraising experience and investor access.
High execution standards and full commitment once the Pre-seed round is raised.
Next steps:
This is an early-stage project. We will work together (trial phase) before committing fully. Equity split is open and based on contribution and fit, but it should be a fair split.
Geography:
Co-founders based in Switzerland are ideal, as this is where I live. At the co-founder level, I believe proximity is important.
Timing:
Q1 and Q2 for PMF, building an MVP, and getting our first clients onboard. Pre-seed round planned for August/September 2026.
