Main Responsibilities:
Technical project management (60%):
·in planning and realization of small and middle-sized investment projects with direct impact on current production and/or business results
·in process engineering calculations and plant optimizations
·in feasibility studies of new plants and/or rebuilds of existing plants including cost estimation, scheduling and functionality
·in the planning, realization and support of production adjustments and product launches
Concept development (20%)
Elaboration of possible technical solutions with evaluation of advantages and disadvantages.
Team coordination / Resource management (10%)
Procurement and organization of the necessary resources (internal or external) for the professional and timely execution of a project.
Optimization of processes and transfer of know-how (10%)
·Finding of optimizations in process flows as well as their implementation.
·Skills application and incorporation of professional knowledge in daily work
Qualifications and Experience:
·Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
·Education: Technical college degree or university degree bachelor’s or master’s degree
·Preferred area of study: Mechanical engineering, process technology, Bio- or chemical engineering
·Experience: 3 – 10 year of work experience in GMP environment
·Very good communication skills
·Highly independent, structured and flexible working style
·Excellent leadership skills in a matrix organization
·Understanding of business and financial processes
·Solution-oriented with structured working
·Fluency in English and German are required
