Assistant Events Service Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Events Service Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Events Service Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Convention Center Team in creating memorable experiences for our guests and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop long-term relationships with clients during events to ensure they have a positive experience and will return for future events.
* Motivate and guide the Events Service Team during the day, providing them with necessary information and resources to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as an Assistant Events Service Manager or similar role in a hotel with a large event space or event venue is required.
* Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in German being a plus.
* An open-minded attitude, hands-on mentality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
