About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented
Back-End Developer
to design, build, and maintain scalable and secure server-side systems supporting our web and mobile applications.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams — including front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps — to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
This position is ideal for a passionate developer who enjoys solving complex problems and optimizing system architecture for performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain
server-side applications and APIs
.
* Build and optimize
databases, data models, and data storage solutions
(SQL / NoSQL).
* Integrate applications with
internal and third-party services
.
* Ensure system
performance, scalability, and security
.
* Collaborate with front-end developers to define
API requirements and integration standards
.
* Participate in
code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines
.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with DevOps teams.
* Stay updated with
emerging technologies and back-end development best practices
.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
.
* 3–6 years of experience as a
Back-End Developer
or
Software Engineer
.
* Proficiency in one or more back-end languages such as
Python, Java,, Go, or C#
.
* Strong understanding of
RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures
.
* Experience with
databases
(PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
* Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
* Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines

containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
, and version control (Git).
* Understanding of
security, authentication, and data protection principles

* Fluent in
English
