Overview

We are an innovative pioneer when it comes to ventilators, automated pipetting and storage of samples, as well as the development of process sensors.
The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection‑molded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling to metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts in-house as possible. This keeps us agile, independent, and efficient.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate projects to achieve strategic goals in operations.
* Plan and lead Lean projects in production and logistics.
* Manage risks and ensure compliance with legal standards.
* Coordinate several overarching projects in the operational, productive environment to ensure the strategic overall goals.
* Independent planning and management of extensive Lean projects in production and logistics.
* Active risk and escalation management in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proactive project controlling as well as transparent reporting to ensure project goals regarding quality, costs, resources, documentation, and deadlines.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements, standards, and guidelines as well as protection of intellectual property.
* Active support and accompaniment of change processes within the organization.
Qualifications
* Completed technical training, engineer or comparable qualifications/experience.
* LEAN training (or Lean Six Sigma) or verifiable professional experience.
* Confident handling of project management methods and tools (classic, agile, hybrid).
* Very good analytical and conceptual skills, strong structuring and prioritization ability.
* Affinity for process automation, digitalization, and AI in production.
* Strong communication and moderation skills (German and English), resilient, assertive, and decisive.
* Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, at least C1.
