Our client is a leading global player in the Pharmaceutical industry with global headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. They are undergoing a transformation with respect to culture and outside perception. The organisation focusses on novel therapies in Oncology and Ophthalmology and is also currently developing a world-leading pipeline in Neuroscience and Dermatology with one of the strongest pipelines of Phase II/III studies in the world.
We are currently looking for a:
IT Expert Admin
with strong SAP and Customer Service (Commercial/SAP SD) expertise.
Start date: ASAP – Duration of the contract: 6 months.
In this role, you will support the validation of a new SAP module and ensure business and operational readiness ahead of the planned go-live in January 2026.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute UAT activities for the Customer Service / Commercial (SAP SD) stream
Work closely with global and local stakeholders to define and validate test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria
Validate SAP system functionality against business needs, including integrations with SCM and Finance
Identify, document, and escalate system defects or process gaps; track resolutions
Represent Customer Service in daily UAT stand-ups and defect triage meetings
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
Strong experience with SAP (especially SAP SD), ideally having worked in SAP implementation or support roles
Solid IT background, preferably in system administration or UAT coordination
Hands-on, proactive, and structured approach
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
