Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has two locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe, and the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG will turn these into a factory team – and you can be part of it.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
* Planning, developing, and creating innovative and first-class digital content. Ensuring a modern, consistent brand presence across all digital touchpoints.
* Utilising current trends and technologies to develop targeted content for internal stakeholders, partners, and relevant social media platforms.
* Strategic content planning, community management, and alignment with overarching communication goals.
* Collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality, innovative content.
* Using performance tracking tools and analytics to measure success.
Your profile
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media content creation and strategy development.
* Experience in communication and social media marketing.
* Ability to learn quickly and handle challenges resiliently.
* Creative mindset with out-of-the-box thinking.
* Strong knowledge of the latest technologies, tools, and social media trends.
* Passion for F1 and motorsport in general.
* Full professional proficiency in German or English, with a willingness to learn the basic level of the other language.
