Role and Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver instructional activities, training programs, and workshops.
* Develop training materials such as syllabi, visual aids, and handouts.
* Identify training needs and provide recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
* Evaluate trainees' performance and provide feedback to improve their skills.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the industry and incorporate them into the training.
Key Experiences
* Technical degree in a relevant field.
* Proven experience as an Instructor or Trainer.
* In-depth knowledge of instructional methodologies and training techniques.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
Competencies

* Ability to deliver information in a clear and understandable manner.
