IT Program Manager / Business Analyst

We're hiring an experienced ERP Program Manager or Business Analyst to take ownership of full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects and change requests from initial planning through go-live and post-launch support. This is a hands-on role working across multiple business functions to align system capabilities with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end ERP initiatives and system enhancements using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
2. Collaborate with teams across departments: finance, warehousing, logistics, HR to gather, assess, and document business requirements
3. Translate operational needs into clear functional specifications based on D365 F&O functionalities
4. Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver solutions on time and within budget
5. Oversee all phases of testing (UAT, integration, regression) and manage issue resolution
6. Support user onboarding and system adoption through training, process documentation, and change management
7. Monitor ERP system performance and drive continuous improvement efforts
8. Maintain a strong service-oriented approach and effective communication across teams
Your Profile:
9. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across business units
10. Self-motivated and flexible, with the willingness to travel occasionally across Europe (approx. 20%)
11. Comfortable participating in on-site meetings and supporting teams in different locations (e.g., Germany, Czech Republic, Switzerland)
Your background:
12. Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar ERP Program Manager or Business Analyst role
13. Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP and strong familiarity with Microsoft tools
14. Solid background in managing cross-functional business and IT projects
Languages:
15. Strong communication skills in both English and French
16. German is a plus
