Project : As part of a regulatory project in the area of AMG/CDB/KYC, we are seeking experienced business analysts for our client in the financial sector. The project aims to eliminate existing weaknesses among existing customers (including identification, beneficial owners, KYC processes) and implement new legal requirements. The task includes analyzing existing processes, developing solutions together with stakeholders, and supporting implementation through to launch.
Tasks and responsibilities :
* Analysis and assessment of defined vulnerabilities in the area of GwG/VSB/KYC
* Development and documentation of proposed solutions in close coordination with stakeholders
* Creation of requirements/features for handover to IT
* Support in adapting instructions, processes, controls and forms (e.g. KYC)
* Support from implementation to launch: testing, acceptance, change communication
* Collaboration in a 5-person team in product management GwG/VSB, interface between business and IT
Requirements :
* 5-8 years of experience as a business analyst in the financial industry
* Project experience in the areas of:
* KYC (Know Your Customer)
* VSB (Agreement on the Code of Conduct for Banks with Due Diligence)
* GwG and regulatory requirements
* Account checks and credit processing
* Confident in requirements analysis, modeling and documentation
* Experience in stakeholder management (business & IT)
* Tools: Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint advantageous

* German: C2 (almost native speaker)
