Skillful Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will play a crucial role in resolving complex technical issues for our business customers.
The ideal candidate will have completed a technical apprenticeship or equivalent experience in network technologies and ICT services. A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in technical customer support, preferably in an ISP or NOC environment, is also required.
Strong knowledge of OSI layers 1–3, IP, routing, VPN, and Internet fundamentals is essential. Additionally, the ability to work independently under pressure and think critically is necessary for success in this role.
A strong problem-solving approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex topics clearly are also essential for this position. Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2) is mandatory, with French and Italian being a plus.
