Your missions and responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of work, managing small construction sites, handling orders, calculating team needs (8 to 15 people), quality control, DT meetings, adherence to safety rules, reading plans, forming vertical and horizontal elements, traditional formwork, metal formwork (Meva), shoring, rebar, dismantling, finishing work, machine-laid concrete or crane work, motivating a team of workers to carry out the work in accordance with our requirements and those of our clients.You are a conscientious, dynamic individual with a broad experience in the relevant fields and possess a team leader diploma along with several years of experience, ideally in Switzerland, in managing jobs.
