Your Role:
Siegfried DINAMIQS is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) based in Schlieren‑Zurich, Switzerland, specializing in the manufacturing of viral vector gene therapies. At DINAMIQS we offer a comprehensive range of services, including vector design optimization, cutting‑edge process development and analytics, as well as manufacturing. With a R&D facility running and a newly constructed GMP facility, we are dedicated to supporting gene therapy projects with scalable and efficient solutions. DINAMIQS became part of Siegfried's global network in 2023 and is now looking to grow its dedicated team of experts by hiring a Procurement Manager. Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for operational procurement at DINAMIQS in close coordination with production planning, laboratory teams, and other business areas
Execute purchasing of direct and indirect materials to support our growth and daily operations, ensuring compliance with internal standards and industry best practices in collaboration with Siegfried
Drive value creation and initiate improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity
Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and continuously improve our cost position year over year
Identify cost‑saving opportunities, negotiate with suppliers, and implement appropriate contracts
Manage and further develop existing relationships with key suppliers
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field; or equivalent education with relevant experience
5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences
Strong understanding of procurement processes, strategies, and pharmaceutical supply chain requirements
Solid GMP knowledge and familiarity with regulated procurement environments
Proficient in SAP and MS Office
Self‑driven working style with strong teamwork and problem‑solving abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
