Key Account Manager – Oncology

Main Responsibilities
* Serve as a trusted and credible partner to oncologists, pharmacists, and key decision-makers, recognized for your expertise in PharmaMar’s oncology portfolio.
* Develop and execute a data-driven territory business plan, identifying key growth levers, optimizing access, and ensuring operational excellence.
* Drive strategic account management by engaging multidisciplinary teams (HCPs, pharmacists, hospital administrators) to enhance patient access and product adoption.
* Deliver high-quality scientific and clinical discussions that support appropriate and evidence-based use of PharmaMar therapies.
* Generate actionable field insights on treatment trends, patient pathways, and competitive activity to shape local and national strategies.
* Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing to align field execution and maximize impact.
* Represent PharmaMar at key oncology congresses, symposia, and educational events, strengthening our presence and scientific reputation.
* Consistently achieve or exceed sales and activity targets, ensuring high standards of compliance and ethical conduct.
Requirements
* University degree in Life Sciences
* Proven experience as a KAM or Sales Representative in oncology or specialty care, ideally within the hospital setting.
* Strong scientific acumen with the ability to engage credibly in scientific discussions with HCPs.
* Fluent in local languages (French, German) and good command of English (spoken and written).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to manage priorities independently.
* Willingness to travel frequently (≥ 50%).
